I am currently the Director, Creative Producer, and Screenwriter for films, documentaries, commercials, and TikTok content at The Orange Blues, while also working as a freelancer. In my company and freelance capacity, I collaborate on various creative projects, providing direction, production, and screenwriting services across different platforms.

 

Before transitioning to filmmaking in 2017, I spent over three years as a reporter for major Vietnamese newspapers, which deepened my passion for storytelling. In 2018, I worked as a creative/ screenwriter at YOLO Pictures and freelance creative/ editor.

 

At the end of 2020, I founded The Orange Blues Film and Creative Production. Since then, I’ve embraced this journey, blending art with strategy, and crafting stories that resonate with my artistic identity, as well as with audiences and brands alike.

 

Notable achievements include winning First Prize in the Let’s On Air 2018 competition and having my film "Que Nguoc" (The Reading) screened at the 2020 International Shorties Film Festival, where it was nominated for Best Screenplay. My documentary “.báu. the treasure" was a finalist in the 60sec SIFF 2020, and my horror project “Am” ranked among the top 12 in the “Horror Director Quest” 2020.

 

In 2024, I completed my first 30-minute short film as Director, Screenwriter, and Creative Producer, titled 'Heading West' (10.000 năm đi về phía Tây).
